Abstract

- The economy of Kalimantan Selatan in quarter III-2018 is measured by the amount of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) reaching Rp. 45.92 trillion.
- The economy of Kalimantan Selatan cumulatively until the third quarter of 2018 (c to c) grew 4.95 percent. In terms of production, the largest source of growth was contributed by the mining and quarrying category by 0.73 percent. While in terms of expenditure, the largest source of growth was the component of household consumption expenditure (PKRT) which was 2.45 percent.
- Compared to the same period the previous year (y o y) the economy grew by 5.16 percent. In terms of production the highest contribution was from the categories of agriculture, forestry and fisheries with a contribution of 0.99 percent growth. While in terms of expenditure, PKRT components accounted for 2.30 percent.
- Meanwhile, when compared to the previous quarter (q-to-q), the economy of South Kalimantan in quarter III-2018 grew 5.55 percent.
