Abstract

• The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in South Kalimantan in December 2018 was 58.63 percent, down 5.97 points compared to the November 2018 TPK which was 64.60 percent. Compared to the TPK in December 2017 which was 52.40 percent, the TPK in December 2018 rose by 6.23 points.

• Average Length of Stay (RTLM) of foreign and domestic (domestic) guests at star hotels in December 2018 is 1.88 nights, up 0.14 nights. When compared to the same period of the previous year, which was December 2017 which amounted to 1.53 nights, RTLM in December 2018 increased by 0.35 nights.

• The number of air transport passengers departing through the airport in South Kalimantan during December 2018 was 162,210 people, up 3.58 percent from last month. The number of passengers arriving through the airport in South Kalimantan during December 2018 was 151,360 people, down 10.50 percent compared to November 2018.
