Abstract

• The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in South Kalimantan in January 2019 amounted to 42.35 percent, down 16.28 points compared to the December 2018 TPK which was 58.63 percent. Compared to the December 2018 TPK which amounted to 43.66 percent, the January 2019 TPK fell by 1.31 points.

• Average length of stay (RTLM) of foreign and domestic (domestic) guests in star hotels in January 2019 is 1.54 nights, down 0.34 nights. When compared to the same period of the previous year, which was January 2018 which amounted to 1.53 nights, the RTLM in January 2019 increased by 0.01 nights.

• The number of air transport passengers leaving via airports in South Kalimantan during January 2019 was 130,854 people, down 19.33 percent from last month. The number of passengers arriving through the airport in South Kalimantan during January 2019 was 151,879 people, up 0.34 percent compared to December 2018.
