Abstract

• Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star-rated hotels in South Kalimantan in July 2018 was 58.40 percent, an increase of 16.44 points compared to June 2018's TPK of 41.96 percent. Compared to the July 2017 TPK of 50.83 percent, the July 2018 TPK rose by 7.57 points.

• The average length of stay (RTLM) of foreign and domestic (domestic) guests in a star hotel in July 2018 is 1.69 nights, up 0.20 nights. When compared to the same period the previous year which was 1.76 nights in July 2017, RTLM in July 2018 decreased by 0.07 nights.

• The number of air transport passengers departing through the airport in South Kalimantan during July 2018 was 216,235 people, up 12.64 percent from last month. The number of passengers coming through the airport in South Kalimantan during July 2018 was 169,136 people, down 1.20 percent compared to June 2018.
