Analysis for The Survey Results of Data Requirement Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency 2020

Data Requirement Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BPS to identify statistical data needs and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents at SKD 2020 are consumers who receive services from the Integrated Statistical Services unit (PST) BPS Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency by face-to-face or come directly to the BPS PST unit and without face to face either by telephone, facsimile, e -mail, mail, website, and online statistical services. In general, the purpose of implementing SKD 2020 is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers to support improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of the 2020 SKD are presented in the form of a publication containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, and analysis of data quality satisfaction. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK). The scope of analysis for the 2020 SKD results is the BPS PST Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. The value of the Satisfaction Index (IKK) for BPS PST services in Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency was 90.62, while the IKK for data quality was 93.11. In addition, the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK) value was 94.21.
