Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency 2021

Data Requirement Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BPS to identify statistical data needs and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents in SKD 2021 are consumers who receive services from the Integrated Statistics Services Unit (PST) of BPS in the South Hulu Sungai Regency by face to face or come directly to PST and without face to face either by telephone, facsimile, e -mail, mail, website and online statistics services. In general, the purpose of implementing SKD 2021 is to obtain evaluation material from consumers as a support for improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of SKD 2021 are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data requirements, and analysis of data quality satisfaction. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK). The scope of the analysis of the 2021 SKD results is the PST BPS of the Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency.
