Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency 2022

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and levels of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. The SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents to the 2022 SKD are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) unit of BPS Hulu Sungai Selatan by face-to-face or coming directly to the BPS PST unit and without face-to-face either by telephone, facsimile, e -mail, letters, websites, and online statistical services. In general, the aim of implementing SKD 2022 is to obtain evaluation material from consumers as a support for improving the quality of data and statistical information. SKD 2022 results are presented in the form of a publication which contains an analysis of consumer characteristics, an analysis of data needs, and an analysis of data quality satisfaction. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK). The scope of analysis of the 2022 SKD results is PST BPS of Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency.
