Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. The SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents in the 2024 SKD are consumers who received services from the BPS Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency Integrated Statistical Services (PST) unit by face to face or coming directly to the BPS PST unit as well as without face to face either by telephone, fax, e-mail. -mail, letters, websites, and online statistical services. In general, the aim of implementing SKD 2024 is to obtain evaluation material from consumers to support improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of the 2024 SKD are presented in the form of a publication containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, and analysis of data quality satisfaction. This analysis is complemented by presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK). The scope of analysis of the 2024 SKD results is PST BPS Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency.
